Icopal Monofutur is a bitumen single ply membrane that incorporates Icopal’s unique FireSmart technology which provides a fire protection layer, shielding the roof from both spread of flame and fire penetration.
Monofutur is a mechanically fixed single layer roof waterproofing system for use as an overlay for the renovation of existing roofs, or as a single layer for new build projects.
The system offers a fast-track method of application ideally suited to exposed locations and high wind loads.

The upper surface is finished with slate granules with a 120mm wide selvedge finished with a printed thermofusible film identifying the mechanical fixing line. The underside of the membrane is finished with a perforated isolation film..
