Icopal Universal single layer roofing membrane is suitable for new build and renovation projects and for flat or pitched roofs.
It can also be applied to insulation materials, timber, concrete or profiled metal roofs, and to existing bituminous roofing systems.

Strong, Light & Flexible
Icopal Universal® is 3.2mm thick yet tough enough to walk on.
The Icopal Universal WS version (anti-root) is strong enough to support a green roof. This relatively thin construction also makes it light and flexible, ideal for architectural detailing.

Safe To Apply
As the application of Icopal Universal® requires no open flame, it’s very safe to use, and on larger surfaces, overlaps can be permanently sealed using fully automatic, high speed welding equipment.

Icopal Universal® SA is ideal for the flame-free sealing of details and can be attached to both Icopal Universal and other bituminous roof materials.

Spray Bonded Application Option
Icopal Universal® single layer roofing membranes can also be installed bonded by the use of a cold applied Icopal Xtra-Seal Membrane Spray Adhesive
