Anderson Total Torch Vapour Control Layer
Anderson Total Torch Vapour Control Layer is for use as a vapour control layer in bituminous, single-ply or liquid roof waterproofing systems. The torch-on membrane is used beneath insulation and safely controls the passage of internal water vapour through the roof structure. Since the membrane is adhered, it can provide a weatherproof temporary finish to the roof structure prior to the application of the final waterproofing system. It is suitable for use on both new and refurbishment projects.
Total Torch Vapour Control Layer is a SBS-modified bituminous membrane reinforced with an extra strong glass fibre fleece with a PET film. The upper surface is finished with specially formulated low melt bitumen stripes with a silica sand coating between and has a selvedge of 75 mm and is then finished with a thermofusible film. The lower surface is finished with a thermofusible film to prevent sticking in the roll.
