A cost-effective undertile lining, MonarTile Protect is ideal for small domestic new build and refurbishment projects in non-coastal areas. The lining is compatible with all commonly used roof coverings and is suitable for both open rafter roofs structures and sarked boarded roofs.

Offering significantly better water vapour resistance than traditional alternatives, MonarTile Protect also features a soft underside which prevents condensate run off. Impressively strong, the lining is tear and puncture resistant yet lightweight and flexible, making it easy to transport, handle and cut, thereby reducing installation times.
