Thermazone Roofboard Fillets are manufactured from a high performance CFC/HCFC--free polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation and are cut into a triangular cross section of 50 mm x 50 mm, and supplied in 1.2 metre lengths. The upper surface is finished with a mineralised glass tissue.
Thermazone Roofboard Fillets are intended to be used to create a smooth transition at changes in direction within waterproofing details. It is suitable for use with thermically activated self-adhesive bitumen roof membranes, as well as traditional ‘pour and roll’ bitumen bonded roofing applications. It is also suitable for use with Icopal single-ply adhered or mechanically fastened single ply systems. It used to support membrane flashings and corner reinforcement strips to break the sharp angle between horizontal and vertical surfaces.
