As a result, we have sought to improve and extend the types of guarantee we offer as further reassurance of our commitment in providing total confidence in our range of high performance waterproofing membranes.
All Icopal waterproofing membranes are eligible to receive the Insured Product Guarantee covering failure of materials due to defective manufacture. Where such a claim is made, Icopal undertakes to replace or refund the cost of any the defective products supplied.
Subject to specification, Insured Product Guarantees upto 20 years are available.
All workmanship guarantees should be sought from the installing contractor as a separate document.
How to apply for a guarantee:
Membranes bought via a third party
Contact the distributor where you bought the membranes to request a guarantee application form. Complete the form and return to the distributor, who will complete the request form providing the invoice numbers confirming the purchase of Monarplan membranes.
Submit the completed form to the address below. Upon receipt of the correctly completed application form, we shall endeavour to despatch your guarantee certificate within 5 working days.

In the very rare event of a valid claim being made against the guarantee, we will ensure that the problem is rectified quickly and efficiently with the minimum of disruption to the client.
To support any guarantee provided, many of Icopal’s products carry third party accreditation (eg. BBA, ETA) demonstrating their suitability and excellent performance characteristics.
